Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an subscription to stop future renewal charges.

US website provider
Payments and services offered through the US website are provided by Saraltek Global LLC, where applicable.
Subscription billing
The plan price and billing interval are shown before subscription confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically for that interval until canceled.
How to cancel
Request cancellation through the available account controls or email info@saraltek.com from the email address associated with the subscription. Include the account or business name and do not send full payment-card details.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal and becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Access normally continues through that date unless otherwise stated or required for security or misuse prevention.
Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. A first subscription may be eligible for a refund when requested within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase. See the Refund Policy for complete terms.
